Shipping Policy
Shipping costs: At checkout, shipping costs will be calculated and shown before you confirm your order. The default shipping option is through UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping address. Orders shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
Processing time: Orders typically ship the same day if placed before 12:00 pm MDT and are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal or state holidays. Expedited shipping options are available for orders shipped via UPS, but are not available for PO Boxes or Military bases.
Orders to Hawaii may experience longer shipping times. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are accepted.
For undeliverable addresses: if the error was made by Temple Nutrition Pty Ltd, we will resend the package to the correct address at no additional cost. However, if the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer or if the package was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. If we cannot contact the customer within ten (10) days of receiving the undelivered package, the package will be treated as a refused package.
Where we do not ship: We currently do not offer international shipping, and we cannot fulfill orders to WV and LA due to local legislation. Some products cannot be shipped to Oregon due to state legislation.
If a package is lost in transit: we will work with the courier service to report the incident, but we will not be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered." If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact info@mytemplenutrition.com
Note: As soon as we have shipped the product from our warehouse, you take ownership of the product.
