Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Temple Nutrition Pty Ltd, offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from them. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. If you wish to return the product, please contact customer support at info@mytemplenutrition.com, to receive instructions on how to proceed. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as Temple Nutrition Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that Temple Nutrition Pty Ltd may deduct return shipping fees, customs and duty charges, and an 8% restocking fee from any refund due, at its discretion. Refunds do not include return shipping fees and/or expedited shipping charges.

If you notice any damages or issues with your order, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded, and sale items are non-refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at info@mytemplenutrition.com. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
